1. When the carbon dioxide is on the high side and the CO is on the low side, it indicates that the coal gas has an incomplete reduction reaction in the furnace, the reduction layer is too thin or the coal seam is too thin, and the surface temperature is high. Therefore, the coal seam should be appropriately thickened (when the material is layer high, the ash discharge rate can be appropriately increased).
2. When carbon dioxide is on the high side, CO is on the low side, and hydrogen is on the high side, it indicates that the saturation temperature is too high, which results in a large amount of heat being decomposed and absorbed by water vapor. At this time, the saturation temperature should be lowered appropriately.
3. When hydrogen gas is on the high side, it should be noted to properly lower the saturation temperature and check whether there is water leakage.
4. When hydrogen is low and the content of carbon dioxide and CO is normal, the saturation temperature should be appropriately raised.
5. When the carbon dioxide is too high, the CO is too low, and the hydrogen is too low, it also shows that the material layer is too thin, the two-stage coal gas furnace occurs, or there is a burning through phenomenon, at this time need to thicken the coal seam, reduce the furnace temperature.
Gas component analysis is only one of the bases of adjustment operation, so the adjustment can not only rely on the gas component analysis data, at the same time to combine with the instrument indication, measuring the brazing analysis, slag situation, comprehensive consideration.
